WVU graduated Bria Holmes who I think had 2,000 points and maybe was the all time leading scorer? They lost three players to ACL tears in preseason. Making it this far is quite amazing.

The key to me is whether Muldrow and Montgomery can stay out of foul trouble. Baylor can throw post players in waves but WVU only goes 7 deep and their bigs cannot afford foul trouble.

and who gets tired first? WVU players haven't had much rest.

Although Brown looks gassed already "running" (sort of) down the court. And we're only halfway through the first quarter.

I've always liked Kristy Wallace. Pesky defender, high energy player.

Am I mistaken or is Mulkey looking and acting more sedate? Do you think this is a " don't stand out" reaction to her sexual assault outburst?

Probably won't last, but it's nice to see Baylor on the low end of the score for a change, although WVU certainly has been on fire the last few games.

Unusual to see Baylor down. They had better pick it up if they want to win!

Is this another year when Baylor goes down early because they get caught sleep walking against a lesser opponent?

Why is Brown shooting a fifteen footer instead of pounding it at the rim against a smaller team?

wvu definitely hitting their 3's. Just about any team can beat one of the good teams if they can't miss from 3. It's why the one and done in the tourney can be pretty exciting.

what's gotten into Carey these days? No more 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense.

WV is KILLING Baylor with those 3pt shots and Baylor can't seem to hit. I've never seen them like this. What will the outcome of this one?

Baylor looked great to start the second quarter, but Tynice Martin is on fire. Slips at full throttle and doesn't even have her handle interrupted.

Interesting to see how BU comes out in the second half following that last-second layup.

If WVU wins, can they jump like 2 seed lines maybe?

Pardee is a Texas kid who wasn't recruited much by the top TX programs, showing out vs. Texas and now Baylor. 11 points, 3 threes tonight.

WVU with the smart formula, let Davis and any Baylor big shoot from the high post.
