Courtney Paris dominated again, 28 points and about 13 rebounds. Erin Higgins also had a big game, hitting 4 threes in the first half.

Courtney actually finished with 14 rebounds, 2 steals, 2 blocks. Ashley Paris had 16 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals.

Correction, Courtney had 30 points, Ashley 14. I guess they got them mixed up on a basket.

OU shellacked them on the boards, 47-29. Crystal Smith's 4-17 smacks of desperation from Iowa's lead scorer. Krista Vandeventer had nearly as many rebounds as CP.

I'm thinking Iowa misses Jamie Cavey a lot. (Why didn't anyone sign her and give her a try? She had as much pro potential as Le'Coe Willingham...)

Cavey was a good college player, but she lacked the foot speed or stamina to be a serious WNBA player. Also, I don't know that it was her ambition to play pro ball. I think we would find her in grad school somewhere.
