No surprises: Plum, Rueck, Ionescu. Perhaps less well known but OrSU's Hansen for defensive poy

15 players on the all-conference team? That's...a bit much.

Don't forget the 10 honorable mentions too, for a total of 25. Smile

At least they got the right 15 players. I am SHOCKED that Osahor's Nation-Leading rebounding average did not merit her a spot on the All-Defensive team.

Here's how I would do it:

Canada - McCall - Plum - Osahor - Wiese is my First Team

Anigwe - Billings - Brunner - Ionescu - McPhee is my Second Team

Burke - Dornstauder - Gulich - Hanson - Hebard - Jones - Leonard - Potter - Samuelson - Simon is my Honorable Mention

I am surprised as well that Osahor did not make the All-Defensive Team! How many second chance points would the team have gotten without her rebounds, not to mention her rebounding numbers. Shame on those who did not pick her for a spot!!

Hard to leave Anigwe off the 'first' team. I'd probably give it to her over McCall.

LMAO you would put McCall FG% 40, 3FG% 28, assists 4 TOS 34 for 13.8
McPhee FG%40, 3FG% 24, asst 27 TOs 35 for 11.5

Got the wrong trees both were not very good in conference.

agree. but we ain't the only ones. Think it's part of the new(er) ethic: 'give every kid a gold star' regardless of results. At least they should give us a vote count so we can figure out who the top five are...

They just don't separate like other leagues and partly as it becomes very political as they want their own players in group so there is a lot of you pick mine and I will pick yours, just like most leagues.
