Trump Jr. is the son of Donald Trump and lives in New York City. He doesn’t have a lot of options without moving. At least Guilfoyle is younger than Judge Jeanine.

Right, so Hillary is fine.

Remember when any meetings between Russians and anyone connected to the campaign were denied to have taken place?

The goal posts have steadily been moved, since then, to now "yes, but anyway, collusion isn't a crime".

On the other hand, there's conspiracy...

I’m sure it’s stating the obvious, but Cohen pleading guilty has got to make Donald even more nervous than the convictions.

I haven't been reading this thread, but Pat Buchanan today made an interesting point about chronologies:

"Twenty-six months after the Watergate break-in, President Nixon had resigned. Twenty-six months after the hacking of the DNC and John Podesta emails, Mueller has yet to deliver hard evidence the Trump campaign colluded with Putin’s Russia, though this was his mandate."

So....what? 26 months is the cutoff? One big difference between the 2 men in question I'm certain see playing out: One has a ginormous ego, fed by his lifetime of privilege and excess money, and lies to cover his lies, feeling no remorse for his constant lying for gain. Nixon finally acknowledged he was done, without the delusions that he could beat the rap.

My personal belief? Instead of positing that since Mueller has yet to deliver hard evidence = he has no real case, I'd suggest he has WAAAAY more on Trump, and has far more ducks to arrange in rows before he brings down the hammer, than Nixon's prosecutors ever had on him. Nixon's dealings were small potatoes, by contrast.

We'll just have to wait and see.

i used to think that. how many times have we thought, "well, this is it!"?

eggs . . . hatched yet?

still, if it's making trump crazy, i'm happy. i want him to spin outta control all by himself, which he's perfectly capable of doing. that would be the best way for him to go down, even if he tried to point to someone/something else.

To be fair, the times we thought that could well have been right. Mueller and gang have done a commendable job of taking this slow and steady, dotting their Is and crossing their Ts, and not leaking anything that doesn't have to be because of a public filing.

The way I see it, the (responsible/non-sensationalistic) news sources are revealing, bit by bit, that The Investigation is laying down some very carefully orchestrated *dots*...dots, dots and more dots. Dots that even a third grader could connect. And that dotty picture must be looking scarier and scarier....... especially now that the Dem House will be releasing things heretofore unavailable to Mueller, thanks to the obstruction by the likes of Devin Nunez.

And these lies from, for example, M. Cohen--are admitted lies: WHY would these lies even be necessary if there were NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO ILLICIT BUSINESS VENTURES--if ALL is copacetic, why would hey even dream of lying. The rotten smell billows into a mushroom cloud, no?

what i love is that trump thinks he's smarter than anyone else, when he's really the dimmest bulb. he thinks getting rid of rosenstein and installing his own private spy in rosenstein's place will save him, but mueller's got, by one account, more than a dozen sealed indictments up his sleeve, secreted before the midterms and trump's latest moves, and even whitaker can't touch that. so let's just wait and see all of what's left of donnie's hair fall out worrying about that!

this is from the protest in wisconsin, where republican legislators just approved measures to limit the powers of the incoming democratic governor. what caught my eye was the white poster held by the man in the middle. apropos.
