Pat Summitt undoubtedly plans to say a few words to her Tennessee women's basketball team before tonight's game against Michigan State. Unless the Lady Vols coach heeds the advice of senior guard Shanna Zolman. She's inclined to suggest: Forget it. "Coach might have an extravagantly prepared speech that's not going to be needed,'' Zolman said.

If I didn't have the FCS channels I would miss out on this game, can't wait until 8pm. I'm also looking forward to the Maryland game, which comes on at 6.

I know. I think someone needs to tell ESPN that the poker craze is over. I wish I got ESPNU but my cable provider says they havent even heard of it. What in the hell?!

Hey. Don't be knocking poker. I like it a lot.

That said, ESPN2 is showing the replay of last year's Tournament of Champions. Huh? Sorry, but that's just nuts. Maybe they're trying to atone for the fact that they don't have this game or something (since the girl did win that tournament, after all), but it still ain't right.

Meanwhile, this dude should really consult the media guide on Tennessee's players. He's fouled up two Tennessee player names already.

But hey, look. There went an 11 point lead this time. Thanks, Alexis...nice three!
