West Coast girls belong on the West Coast! We don't have a wealth of top players out here in the boondocks (and in Cali too) so it's important for them to stay home!

I have zero inside knowledge ...

But my guess would be she stays on the West Coast. I think her grades are good enough for Stanford, and that would be a great fit for her.

That was very quick ! She just committed like 2 weeks ago with her high school teammates. Sounds like a confused kid already. Talent is undeniable though ! Would like to see her end up at Tennessee if she doesn't stick to Houston.

Valencia Myers commits to FSU. Gives the Noles 5 Top 100 commits for 2018. They are still hoping for one more post player to wrap up this class.

Sue and crew are knocking recruiting out of the park. This class is a top 10 class even without Egbo or Nelson-OdodA. The current frosh class has the Wilkinson kid out of London and 2019 is already looking good. Throw in the penchant for pulling in strong transfers and the Noles Are maintaining a solid program.

I agree. Exciting times for FSU fans. The only recruit remaining is Nelson-Ododa out of GA. FSU has a good chance with her and she would be a superb addition to the current class. Good friends (& teammates) with fellow commit Jones.

Also, add in the transfer from Maryland who was ranked in the Top 25 and will have 2 years left starting in 2018. Looks like there will be life after Shakayla. Future is definitely bright.

Duke recievied a verbal according to Hoopgurlz from 6'3" Onome Akinbode-James out of Blairstown, NJ. This is Duke's 3rd member of 2018 and asits coming on the eve of signing periodI am wondering what that bodes for Duke signing Olivia Nelson-Ododa

Gamecock Nation is hopeful that means that she's coming to USC. Duke also has a 6-4 Post in their 2018 class, although I doubt there should be concerns of heavy competition there for Nelson-Ododa, as she's a 3*.

South Carolina also picked up a pledge last night from Hoopgurlz top 50 and 5* prospect Victaria Saxton, an athletic 6-1 F out of Rome, GA. She adds to the commitment of overall #1 PG Destanni Henderson. USC is also in the running for top 10 prospects Nelson-Ododa and overall #1 (any position) Christyn Williams (G)....
