Billionaire offers to fund construction of arena to bring NBA back to Seattle.

If they expand with Seattle, who's the 32nd team? Kansas City? Las Vegas? Louisville?

If it's Seattle & Las Vegas, adding two teams to the west coast would alter the alignment. Do they opt to go with 8 divisions?

I would kind of like to see a another previous city get a shot---albeit if there is an owner and an arena available. Namely, St. Louis and Cincinnati come t mind. Those cities had what are now the Atlanta Hawks and Sacramento Kings respectively.

Vegas would be very interesting, especially since the city appears to be getting an NFL team in a few years.

I like the idea of Kansas City (or even St. Louis), putting another team in the midwest and giving Missouri another pro sports franchise, after it lost the Rams.
