They're just as bad as San Antonio as a team. The only reason Indiana has more wins than San Antonio is they have a veteran head coach. It's not that they have any better of a roster. Chicago has a much better roster than both Indiana and San Antonio but they only have 8 wins because of a rookie head coach. If the Sky kept Pokey Chatman as head coach, and with the roster they have now, I believe they'd have a couple more wins at this point than they do. But all in all, and all things considering, Chicago has done better than I thought they would by this time in the season. Phoenix is still the team I'm most surprised about. I didn't think they'd be as high up in the standings only bringing 2 players back from last years team and losing Dupree, Bonner and Taylor. And the players they added, Camille Little, Danielle Robinson, Leilani Mitchell and the others whom I don't even remember, I didn't think they'd be enough to compensate for what they lost. But they're doing ok. They're going to drop further in the standings while Griner is out, but once she's back, they'll be making a push for 2nd or 3rd place in the standings.
