France needs to run some quicker offense. They're going way too deep into the shot clock on almost every possession.

Doesn't the Liberty have a Turkish player? Which one is she?

I think they had the rights to Cakir. Not positive on that though.

Epoupa is really good when France lets her go. Good adjustment letting her play faster...defensive stops also help of course...

Well, when France score 8 in one quarter, it's hard to top that.

Oh, wait. I forgot that Turkey only scored 3 points in the 2Q. It doesn't help that Vardarli and Alben are a combined 1/11 from the floor.

She did not seem to play as well as she did at MSG on Sunday, partially due to foul trouble.

If you told me that France would be beating Turkey by 8 with under 5 to go with Gruda and Yacoubou scoring 5 points I would have laughed at you.

Michel and Miyem the heroines for France so far.

France uses their defense to win 55-39. Turkey scored 3 and 4 points in Q2 and Q4 respectively.

Ok, I LOL'ed a minute ago when Liz faked the 3 point attempt and the defender went for it. But now she actually put one up.

I really have no idea why Burton Hodges, Talbot are on this team..
And tbh i would have taken Allen and O'Hea over Jarry aswell.

Nah, Jarry is good in the green & gold. Always plays hard and is versatile.
I can see why we took Hodges too. Burton is so slow in the 4 spot, at least Laura gives us someone a bit better there.

Cambage has really shown every offensive way she can score. Dominant in the post, pumpfakes and drives to the basket, elbow shots. What more do you want your center to do

Allen would have been a good fit with the way Australia is spreading the floor. Can't really comprehend the decision not to keep Allen, because she seems to me to be a good fit, but the Aussies loss was the Libs' gain. Even without her this team has a lot of 3 point shooters. The quickest way to pull off an upset over a better team is to hit the 3 ball time after time. This team can certainly do that.

This is the second time I have seen Leilani, and again it seems to me that her game has grown.
