I care. I very much enjoy the Sammy sideshow here Wink

Now I'm going to have to ask WBB247 to add the Greek league to their regular coverage for the coming season.

It would be easier to take if there was any room for objective analysis.

Kuklok is still playing! I don't know why, but it always makes me smile to see that these kids have found a job in bball when they clearly love the game.

That's one of the great things about following overseas hoops on both this and the men's side. You never know which old names will pop up again.

Also interesting to see Ibekwe playing in Spain. It looks like she's added a 3 pt shot to her game which was one of the issues for her. I'd love to see her get another look in the W.

Fun to see a bunch of those NCAA girls still playing.

It's an interesting league to keep an eye on each year. Technically the Puerto Rico schools are associate NCAA members and they tend to play some DII schools as well as each other so pretty much every players comes through the same basic system.

I'd all but forgotten Alexis Hornbuckle....she just couldn't make a roster in the wnba anymore, or was she injured?

Yay for Shay!

And KML was 4-5 from 3. Guess they haven't figured out the need to guard her out there...

Don't think she could quite make a roster. Very tough for a mid size guard to make her way back into the league after not making it the first time around...sort of like Shay Murphy. They might be able to sit at the end of the bench, but most teams prefer to stick lower salary rookies there.

She played today. It is not clear if there was an injury or if the team just did not want to start her out with 4 games in 7 days. Assuming they finish in the top 3, there is no real negative effect of not playing her in all the games for the first stage. Obviously you do want to try and build team chemistry, but you do need to keep players fresh for the business end of the season given the grueling travel schedule.
