am I the only one who thinks Atlanta would have been way better off keeping their #4 and re-signing Henry? I just don't think Williams is worth the #4, but guess it depends on who they would draft there. Still seems like a bad trade.

As Williams scores one-on-one against Charles....

no one besides Charles is stepping up to score. Rodgers is off and thus we don't have a second offensive option.

I'm liking what I've seen from her so far this season, I'd do that deal again in a heartbeat.

And who suspected that Gary Puckett and the Union Gap are still unembalmed?

Henry was always replaceable. Williams has more upside than Jonquel Jones, IMO. Not sure Banham or Powers would have fit well with the talent we already had. It's not a terrible trade.

Why did McCoughtry take that shot?

Not sure why GM's etc build teams with players who can't shoot, makes no damn sense....

Then Coaches who have players who can shoot, don't play them enough to build the confidence needed to knock down shots.

What a great game for Charles. Too bad it's in a losing cause. How long until Prince returns?

When Rodgers is having an off game(and it'll happen again), the Liberty need someone else to step up. That didn't happen today & we can't wait until September to see if a 80% Prince will be that option. Also, the 1-10 from 3pt isn't going to cut it either. Laimbeer has work to do with this team.

Kudos to ATL for pulling this one out, on the road, in spite of themselves.

I never thought we would win this one. Seems like NY needs more than one player that can score on a regular basis. Once we started to double Charles in the 2nd half it turned the tide. Cortijo played well today, at least on the offensive end.
