Say what now? Are they going to neutral site for the second round?

Last night was an Angel I haven't seen since the Cappie Angel donnybrook in 2010...one of the best one on one shootouts the W has ever seen in its 20 years

Get that out of her again, see you in Minnesota.

EDD is the key here...she plays Chicago wins, Doesn't despite CHI playing very well without her. Angel just too much albeit in a tight game...CHI has a lot of firepower.

Hayes back guarding Cappie will be big...

Normally a game I NL due to EDD's status but given that it's the playoffs

ATL -4.5 if there is NO EDD

CHI -3 If EDD and Lyttle Both Play

CHI -6.5 if EDD plays without Lyttle

I could not help myself, I voted Chicago. But it comes with watching EDD play for a long time. I have seen her in the past to play in the past with injuries. It is hard for any coach to keep her off the court. She has a deep feeling of not letting her team down. Hoping she plays.

Sky can stick Young and Breland on Angel, with some minutes of bruising by Dos Santos. Boyette lurking with swat on her mind. I'm sure the Sky will gladly take the Quigley v Holmes match-up.

Still ... if Angel mutha-censored McCoughtry goes off, and EDD is down a gear, forget about it.

http://www.excellesports.com/news/chicago-sky-rule-elena-delle-donne-sunday/

Quote:
Delle Donne resumed practicing with the Sky this week, according to Chicago Sky PR, and went through practice Friday as well. (UPDATE: per Sky coach Pokey Chatman, Delle Donne’s participation in practice was limited.)

Quote:
Accordingly, it is notable that the Sky have only ruled her out for the second round—Sunday only. Should the Sky advance, they’d play Wednesday. No determination has been announced about Delle Donne’s availability for that game should Chicago make it that far. And any assumptions about whether Delle Donne’s season is over or not should probably be set aside.

As her teammate Imani Boyette told Excelle Sports Friday afternoon, “She’s Superwoman.”

I really don't understand why the Sky would announce that Delle Donne's definitely out for Sunday. What's the advantage? You sell fewer tickets, and give your opponent one less significant threat to prepare for? Unless it's an elaborate double-bluff, and she's actually going to play - which is so crazy that I'd actually love it - I don't see the point of today's release. Yeah, we're always asking for better info from the WNBA's teams - but this is a terribly couter-productive time to start.

after I checked to see how the Liberty's game was selling, I checked the Sky's game on Sunday. Selling well, too(lower bowl). The Sky typically open up a small section in the upper bowl if a game is selling well.

The always fun battle between Young and McCoughtry. If Young can get into McCoughtry's head enough, maybe CHI will have a slight chance.

I think Boyette vs. Williams is the key matchup. Who will have the better game? The Sky's bench is deeper/better, so they'll need to step up, too.

If that's the key matchup the Sky are in big trouble. Boyette has done nothing in three tries against Atlanta.

If Delle Donne isn't playing, Dream wins. Possibly easy.

Anyone heard if McCoughtry has any physical issues for this game? She took a big hit going up for a rebound against Stewy at the end of the game.

Rooting for Chicago. Hoping EDD can possibly be ready by Game 2 vs. Los Angeles(Friday).
