lol. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing yeah the strom is brewing...they can say it is about Pre war and the leak.but this is a shot across the bow. alito won;t skate through.As a Liberal and a person that knows the Game that is Capitol hill,i say do it every day,use every tool in the shed,Use ever arcane rule that there is to DElay and stall and flex what little power they have.

This has nothing to do with the nomination. By my math Republicans have 50 votes on the rule change to kill a filibuster. (Of the 7 Rep.'s of the gang of 14, two have already said they would vote for a rule change to kill a filibuster on this nominee). For those who think this is unusual think again. There are several situations that can't be filibustered including an omnibus bill which is just about every budget enacted over the last decade. Why do you think it's so hard to cut spending?

FINALLY! The Democrats have done SOMETHING! It's not big, it's not going to change the world, but at least they did SOMETHING!
