She's familar with Geno's offensive and defensive sets and plus she's has a big body is what her fans would say.

Even with Cambage playing only 9 minutes, US got outrebounded by 10. Charles a whopping TWO rebounds. Dupree 2, Lavender 1, Dolson zip. McBride at 5'11" had the highest rb/min rate.
If Griner doesn't make it to Turkey we're in trouble in the paint.

Especially considering the Euroleague's leading scorer plays the same position and is sitting on the bench...

To be fair, Jantel did get 5 more minutes than Dolson did. Frankly, I was surprised that Geno didn't play the bench more, as they actually outperformed the starters and I thought these games were partly to determine who makes the team. I think he should play Nneka at C and see how she does. I know she lacks height and bulk, but she has an incredible motor and is very tough.

No. The FG number includes both 2 and 3 pt shots (as it should). Bird made one 2, one 3, and one Ft for 6 total.
Check McBride. She took two 3 pt shots, made one, for 3 pts total. Both FG and 3P show 1-2.

Aha! Thank you for that piece of the puzzle. Have to subtract the 3PT from the FG. I think I would have not required viewers to have to take that extra step.

The 6'8" player who couldn't even crack the top 10 in Reb% last season? May be in trouble anyway.

Cambage only played 9 minutes, and Aus shot 3-22 from behind the arc and 13-20 on FTs.
No reason to assume US will beat Australia in the tournament, esp if Griner does not play.

Who is they? I suppose FIBA would own any of the rights to the game, but I don't think there's much overall demand to watch these exhibition games other than the 50 regulars that hang out here.
I believe they'll be streaming the real games at a price, but I'm not sure about that yet.
