It was a very close game, but not so good. Neither team executed very well. When UL did execute, they would pull away, but then Houston would creep back. Neither team plays much on nat'l. TV, so it might have been stage-fright.
Sancho Lyttle, who some would say is a high draft pick, is athletic but very raw and very slender. She would be a project, at best.
Tom Collen's influence on UL can already be seen. Houston has the superior athletes, but UL is better at the fundementals. UL will jump to the Big East next year, and Collen should be able to do better at recruiting. They will be a middle of the pack team in the BE.
For those who did not see the game, the commentators mentioned that Collen had come to a settlement with Vanderbilt and Miami of Ohio of about $900,000 due to the debacle regarding his resume and his hiring/firing at Vandy.
