Like we need another thread complaining about the voting. Anyway, here ya go. Sorry if the spacing doesn't work out correctly.

50 Total Voters, so by my quick count 3 left Swoopes off completely, 5 left Jackson off and 5 left Catchings off.

Player . . . . . 1 . . 2 . . 3 . . 4 . . 5
Swoopes . . 16 . . 15 . . 7 . . 9 . . 0
Jackson . . . 20 . . 15 . . 1 . . 3 . . 6
Cacthings . . 5 . . 12 . . 15 . . 8 . . 5
Griffith . . . . . 6 . . 3 . . 9 . . 6 . . 5
Taj . . . . . . . . 3 . . 4 . . 9 . . 6 . . 7
Sales . . . . . . 0 . . 1 . . 4 . . 3 . . 5
Leslie . . . . . 0 . . 0 . . 2 . . 3 . . 2
Nolan . . . . . 0 . . 0 . . 1 . . 3 . . 4
Tuarasi . . . . 0 . . 0 . . 1 . . 3 . . 3
Holdsclaw . . 0 . . 0 . . 1 . . 3 . . 3
Whalen . . . . 0 . . 0 . . 0 . . 2 . . 5
Hammon . . . 0 . . 0 . . 0 . . 1 . . 4
Bird . . . . . . . 0 . . 0 . . 0 . . 0 . . 1

Thank you very much! (Except for the resuming the argument part).

There are some voters that need their voting powers yanked immediately!

Thank you, Shock PR.

Fascinating.. Tamika Catchings votes fall into a normal statistical distribution, as do Taj McWilliam Franklin's.

Yo polled more first place votes than Catch!

Lauren Jackson was the only major candidate with virtually no support in the middle, adding weight to the argument that Jackson was voted against because USA Today and others were labelling Jackson the frontrunner as ballots were being cast.

Of the 13 players who received votes, only the 11th, 12th, and 13th ranked players [Whalen, Hammon, and Bird] received less 3rd and 4th place votes than Lauren Jackson.

Catch might never get the respect she deserves, but Tamika shall inherit the Earth - It says so in the Bible.

And, according to Slovy's Bible, "pink" is the "signature color," while DeMya Walker, Gwen Jackson, and Wynter Whitley form the three wise but super hot women. Laughing

Cam,

If you ever come accross a pink Bible, buy it for me.

Hell, I might even read it this time.

It'd be interesting to see Catch on the same team as another star. I think that if Indiana had another stud a la Jackson/Bird, Thompson/Swoopes, Sales/TMF... her numbers would sky-rocket. And they aren't bad now -- as I've said before, it's just that damned shooting percentage. She needs to be in a situation where she isn't the only person taking those shot-clock waning shots. She needs to be on a team with another player who can hit that shot and make teams pay, opening things up for Tamika.

TSB isn't the answer in that regard, but perhaps Betty Lennox is. Maybe they should go for DMJ, who also may be able to help in that regard. I think the addition of DMJ could open things up a lot, and also really help Kelly Miller's game. If I am the Fever, I go for DMJ, and then for TSB if that doesn't work out.

I think the idea is that Tan White will be that player. Who knows if she will. She needs work on decision-making and shot choice, but she is used to being on a crappy team. Even when she played with Latoya Thomas, they were the only two decent players.

I would like TSB, but not as a star. Even if we get her, I would want her taking fewer shots than Kelly Miller most nights.
