Seems like a great deal for the major market.

Can someone who lives in the area tell us how accessible these channels are?

That's huge. I remember when MSG used to televise that many Liberty games(**sigh**).

KDOC is a local channel that shows Clipper games and Kings game, I'm not sure how accessible it is to others, but I imagine it is reasonable accessible, they also show Frasier, which is how I know about it. Wink

I've never heard of TWC 101, but I have AT&T Uverse, which may explain that. I know Time Warner Cable is available in many local areas, but I'm not sure if that channel is available in basic cable or if they have to buy a sports package or something like that.

KDOC is available on my DIRECTV feed! This is great news for Sparks fans.

Kudos to the Sparks management, although possibly credit could go to the new majority owner as well. This is the type of thing that will grow the fanbase. Very exciting!

Apparently, if you've got DirecTV in L.A., KDOC is on Channel 56. In my five years of DirecTV customership, that channel has never been on my Favorites list, but it sure will be now.

This is really, really great news.

I'm pretty sure they show all 18 home games...right?

Either way a very good look for the Sparks and barring any injuries they should be half way decent which would make for a pretty good look for the league.
