Someone I know is looking for a toy tin boat that would have come as a prize in a cereal box-- don't know the cereal, but probably pre-war. I am given to understand that it had a candle and a reservoir. Can anyone shed any light on this?

bball, i have no info about the toy, but i've used this site for appraisals, and i think there may be a forum where your friend can ask the question. this is a longstanding website.
