Should be decided by the courts?? I thought most of the anti-marriage crowd got upset when it was decided by the courts and not the legislature.

Arnold should do the right thing and sign the law passed by his democratically elected legislature. That's how voters decide things.

I just heard he plans to veto it.

I figured he'd "put it before the voters" so he can look like a hero either way it turns out.
