All teams will be decided by the end of the month.
CURRENTLY QUALIFIED:
Host(1): Germany
UEFA(4.5): England, France, Norway, Sweden
AFC(3): Japan, North Korea, Australia
CONCACAF(2.5): Canada, Mexico
CONMEBOL(2): tournament currently underway
CAF(2): Nigeria/Cameroon & Equatorial Guinea/South Africa*
OFC(1): New Zealand
*home & away series of United States vs. Italy to be played Nov. 20 & Nov. 27. The Africa Women's Championship semifinals are this Thursday(Nov. 11, Nigeria vs. Cameroon & Equatorial Guinea vs. South Africa) with the winners advancing to the WWC.

Equatorial Guinea & Nigeria qualified earlier today. The CONMEBOL qualifiers will be determined by next weekend.

The first half of USA's playoff with Italy is today at 10:30am Eastern time. Not on TV, but streamed on espn3.com if you have access to that.

Country number 15 of 16 is in!!
Colombia qualified from CONMEBOL. Last sport will go to either USA or Italy on the 27th and the draw foe the world cup is 2 days later on the 29th.

2011 World Cup Qualification is over as USA defeats Italy 1-0 with 2-0 on aggregate. USA claims 16th and final spot.

Wow. Okay, well, we'll happily go in as the underdogs in our own group then.
I'm very happy with that draw, considering the alternatives. With A1vB2 and B1vA2 in the quarters though, we're almost certainly gonna have to win the group to avoid the Germans. And avoiding the Germans for as long as humanly possible is always a plus in these tournaments.

so is Group A or Group C the "group of death". all four groups look strong, so glad the 2015 WWC will consist of 24 teams.

Nigeria, not Ghana, was in the USA/Sweden/NK group for the 2003 and 2007 WWC.
