CLEVELAND, Tenn. - A former crematory operator who admits dumping 334 bodies and passing
off cement dust as their remains pleaded guilty Friday to Tennessee charges and was
sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Marsh was returned to Walker County, Ga., where he is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 31
on charges in that state. If Judge James Bodiford does not approve the agreed-to sentence,
Marsh could withdraw from the plea deal.
