Schyue LaRue sighting, anyone? Brandy Reed maybe? or even

Stacy Dales coming out of retirement,

JACKIE STILES COMEBACK #4908359089083209890548089467!!!!!11111

Or since we are dealing with an oldschool coach Lynette Woodard

or even

Nancy Leiberman, hey she played AND coached there.

Or since this IS someone as old as Nolan Richardson

BRING BACK THE REDHEADS!!!!!!!!

Could there be any more signals that Tulsa is in pathetic shape?

Two stars refuse to play there (one would rather sit out the summer entirely), they've signed someone who hasn't played competitive basketball in about a dozen years, and never at the pro level (put aside the convicted felon part), and now this... Crying or Very sad

...if only I could remember where I put my bballs shoes. Ya know, the Converse high tops with the stars on the side? Or my tunic..or drop around ________ pounds.

We were just talking about Larue this weekend. Think Summer Erb will show?

I second the Swoopes vote. If anyone deserves a roster spot on a Wnba team, it's Sheryl! She's a huge step up from Marion Jones and probably anybody that'll turn up at the tryouts.

That would be awesome for Sheryl Swoopes to play at least one more season in the WNBA, but does she want to play her last season in Tulsa, she could have already been contacted and turned them down, or decided on her own not to contact them, that is if she is even still interested in playing in the WNBA this season.

I hope to read in the upcoming weeks that she will sign with a team in the WNBA, but I don't know anything of her feelings on returning to the WNBA.

Things are looking rather icky in Tulsa. Honestly, the WNBA is looking really thread-bare these days.

If she's wanting to play, then she probably doesn't care where as long as the opportunity to come back is there, and I would say that there is large opportunity in Tulsa...and would everyone quit being so negative about Tulsa. I'm sick of it. Sure, I hate Detroit relocated, but we need to support this Tulsa team! Give them a freakin chance. They've got two more butts in the seats with me and my dad

I'm not being negative about Tulsa, I'm glad there WNBA has a team in Tulsa instead of folding another team. I actually had the opportunity to visit Tulsa this past Christmas and I thought it was a nice city, and if I had the money I would love to go back to watch a Sparks game. That being said if Sheryl Swoopes doesn't want to play in Tulsa for whatever reason, it maybe enough to keep her out of the WNBA. Unless its the other way around and Tulsa saw some film of her current games in Greece (I think that is where is playing) and decided she doesn't fit in to their system, just because their is openings doesn't mean its a good fit for the player regardless of who decides its not a good fit.
