Thanks for the information. Is this information totally reliable and set in stone? In other words, can I make plans around it? Cool

Laughing Ain't that the truth.

And while the Mod tools allow me to split threads, sadly there ain't one that lets me combine them.

The deal said up to 15 games will be on ESPN2/ABC.

It will probably be like last season. All the finals games on ESPN2 (5), at least one from each series (6), and then perhaps another thrown in there somewhere.

Just wondering, with the games on 'NBA TV' - will these be on LiveAccess as well?

I'm hoping to find a slightly-non-legal stream of the ESPN games.

*fingers crossed*

My account exec. in Chicago says if they make the playoffs, the Sky would play Wednesday.

Game 2 on NBA TV will be streaming on LIVEACCESS right?

Any chance somebody could record the ESPN2 games and upload them?

That's the only way I watched the NBA Finals this year, just hopping around forums looking for some ledge who uploaded them.

I hope SSNation upload the PHX/SASS games. They've always got an awesome media section *thumbs up*!!

Nick any idea why the Shock would be saying they're not sure if we're playing on Wed or Thursday? According to our FB page, after last nights game, when we play has yet to be determined....

During the regular season, games that were on NBA TV were also on LiveAccess, so hopefully that'll be the case for the playoffs too. Hopefully...

They have, finally, added LiveAccess links for the upcoming NBATV games to the schedule page: http://www.wnba.com/schedules/ . There's even a link for audio for tonight's Phoenix @ San Antonio game. So they appear to at least be intending to webcast the NBATV games.

Unfortunately, in the process of setting up slightly different addresses for the playoff games, they've managed to destroy all the links for the entire archive of regular season games. Hopefully they'll fix that at some point.

Thanks nickv1025. Are these times the local times or eastern times? With daylight savings starting and stopping at this time of year, time conversion is a bitch - need to make sure I get the starting time right!

Daylight Savings isn't ending until after the W season is over.

So just need to take into account it starting over here smack in the middle of the finals series. Thanks.

Thanks for the update, nickv1025. There is one misspelling in your listing -- the word "Indiana" should be spelled "Detroit".

Embarassed Sorry I took that from a template I had previously. I shouldn't have any team names in there. Laughing

Any reason behind game 1 (finals) moving from the 29th to the 28th?

I love the old Comets and all, but can we get some new Finals games to show? Game 4 of 2007, maybe? Something that shows how much better the quality of play is over the days when Umeki Webb started in the finals?

I agree...those seem to be the only two games NBATV ever shows. Maybe ESPN won't give permission to show more recent games?

If you are not a Comets fan, I can see your point but as for me, I'll NEVER get tired of seeing those games....Perhaps you should write your congressman and ask them to ban all Comets old championship games! Wink Very Happy
