The 30+ point game tilts it towards Taylor, I think.

it HAS to be between Catchings and Taylor. Doesn't it? LJ had a great week but without looking at any stats, the week that both Catchings and Taylor had just jumps out at me. I guess it's no surprise who I'm hoping gets the award but damn Tamika was outstanding.
Being the "forgotten one" with the press, I'd be surprised if Penny finishes top 5 in voting. :evil: |
No kidding! (re: "forgotton one")
Both Catch and Penny were amazing this week, but I doubt dub.com will give it to Penny.

Do the ever release voting totals or do they just announce the winner? |
No. They do list which player each team has nominated though.

Penny = Sauron?
Penny is "the Shadow" because people forget she's there - the media, the refs when she has the ball, the fans and sometimes her team-mates! Yet she usually does her thing, just quietly and in the background. |

That would explain why she quite obviously did not care for any fans in Cleveland who were male unless they had a wife, a girlfriend, or a boyfriend with them.
Hopefully she has lightened up on that in Phoenix. Some of us (straight, single males) just really like the way she play basketball.

I saw Penny walking back to the locker room. I congratulated her, especially because Caune didn't have any Violet Crumbles for her. She laughed and said she ate a whole bag last week.
Keep eating the Crumbles, Penny!

Will Penny benefit most from having Stepanova in the middle? I really like the Merc's second half chances, despite the hole they've dug, hope DT isn't out too long! |
