The Fully Informed Jury Association! That's something I would have never expected from a larger party candidate for any significant office, especially not a Republican.

FIJA is a handy way to get out of jury duty, BTW. One mention will get you tossed by any prosecutor.

Jury nullification, huh? That is interesting, particularly because you have two very different sets of interests pushing it. It's hard to imagine any national politician being willing to have her name associated with it.

Hmm. If she endorses it, I GOTTA hate it, right? Shocked Of course, with her family's spate of experience with the courts....maybe she's actually well-informed.

Do you know this to be true?

I took their quiz and only missed on 2 of the 12 questions. It certainly seems like a deserving cause, to have jurors be informed of their right to critical thinking as they process verdicts.

What do our local legal experts make of it? I'm curious....
