That is the BEST womens basketball dunk, ever!
The 2 handed stop and jump throwdown dunk by Snow was pretty impressive, too.

Cp3 in the halfcourt set was the best.

Oh, hell no!!!! Crawley would eat candy off a lolipop stick in a dunkoff, easily.
CP3 couldn't make it 5 steps to the hoop blindfolded. She would go down like a slinky.

I'm glad you posted this too. I had been telling people for years that the women did actually have a dunk contest in the ABL, that there was a player who did a blindfolded dunk. People were like yeah right. I had no proof. I was beginning to believe I had dreamed the entire thing.
You know what the sad part really is about that contest, is that out of Wolters (spelling?) and Lobo, Sylvia was the only one to actually complete a dunk.

While not a fan of going above the rim, this has always been my favorite. I think Kara Wolters tried to dunk a few times at the same all star game.
Her dunks I don't think made it to youtube |

I remember watching it again after the ABL folded. I have a fair amount of games on tape and it may have been shown again during a halftime.
Yes, vividly remember her carefully count her steps and where she was on the court. Took me by total surprise, and was shocked with delight when she put it down. |

Yeah thanks because I certainly wasn't able to find it on the net. It was good. She is definitely a hardcore baller doing that blindfolded. Much props. However, to tell you the truth, IMO, I like Brittany Griner's dunks better. She throws it off the glass and flushes it with TWO hands. More of a "I meant that sh*t" style. Just my opinion. |

Sylvia used to do Dominique Wilkins style dunks during warmups in the ABL. I saw her throw it off the glass and in mid air catch it and do a windmill jam! She could do just about anything. She also did a sweet dunk were she stood from one far side of the 3 point line, throw it way up, have it bounce and catch & throw it down 2 handed from the other side of the basket. Charlotte Smith-Taylor had much envy of Crawley!

That's cool. My opinion was based on the limited stuff that I have seen. If I had seen that my opinion might be different. |
