4 quakes in 6 days. No damage in my area, but I may need to re-think the living conditions. Anyone know of some cheap property in Arizona? That may be the new beach of the future...LOL

edgar cayce, the late great "sleeping prophet," said he had a dream in which he awoke some time around 2108 (if memory serves), in a seacoast town in nebraska. cayce said the west coast is toast. he also said japan will be under water, as well as the entire eastern seaboard - with the notable exception of virginia beach, which is why his institute is located there and why celebrities have scooped up property there. i have virginia beach on my list of possible retirement cities (in the states, anyway), but it's very expensive to live there. somebody knows something . . .
cayce also said the great lakes would eventually spill into the gulf of mexico.
not that any of us will be around to judge his prophecies.

I've had two people tell me in the last month - a senior and an adolescent - that the world was winding to a close. They were referencing the weather, which has been very strange here as well as the rest of the country. Apparently the bible says that toward the end of the world, you won't be able to distinguish one season from another.

That's what happens when the freakin' Red Sox win the Word Series.
