`98 was DC`s first season, so expectations were not necessarily high.....the Sting have had some tradition of success, so one would think that their expectations would be higher.

That being said I don`t think she`ll be fired this season...my guess is that she will disappear during the off season

There's nothing to be gained by firing her at this point.
After the season is over, they can allow her to "step down" or take another position with the organization.
