| And Cheryl and Swin know nothing about each other. Actually, they know they don't like Lisa Leslie. Only in her dreams did Swin ever own LL...

Caught a glimpe on ESPN of Alana bowling, while at a pub on the way home from work.
She is adorable!

Because she's using a Right-Handed Ball! 
As someone who competed in a National Junior PBA bowl-off for a $100,000 college scholarship, I feel like I must defend Alana and point out that the odds were weighted against her... literally. 
A Right-Handed ball is weighted so that when rolled, it curves to the left. So when Alana went to bowl from the left side, the ball frequently curved into the left gutter. Ideally, you want to roll that kind of ball from the right side, so that the spin takes the ball toward the center pins, where that spin then causes the pins it hits to fly around more, knocking others down.
Well that and her technique is quite unusual... Generally, after you release the ball you want to follow through with your arm, so your hand ends up near the side of your head, as if you're answering the telephone. However, every time Alana bowled, her hand went across her chest as if she was trying to recite the Pledge of Allegiance 
In all, the show wasn't that bad  Certainly better than those Celebrity Poker shows... Should get some more comical announcers though. Maybe a bit higher of a budget too..  If anybody remembers that Farrelly Brothers' movie 'Kingpin' with Woody Harrelson and Bill Murray, you know what good things could be done with this format..
