"Hubert said it was a thrill to see one of his former players perform at the highest level of college sports and realize any college athlete's dream of playing in a national title game.

"That doesn't happen every day," Hubert said. "It's been quite a year. We're proud of her and she's done a nice job for four years there."

Hubert said a good Papillion following made the trip to Indianapolis to cheer on Roehrig and will return loaded with stories. He ate lunch with Bill Laimbeer, who won an NBA championship with the Detroit Pistons.

Laimbeer now coaches in the WNBA with the Detroit Shock and visited with Hubert about Roehrig."

Hubert is Roehrig's high school coach.

Unless they traded them, which I don't believe they did, yes, they do.
