Not really, it's more of a marine blue. It's really news when she's not wearing baby blue tho.

FYI, Lisa Leslie is not wearing Tennessee orange. Looks more like the Syracuse or Illinois variety. Definitely darker than the Knoxville version.

I can't believe Baylor beat LSU. In the words of that idiot Mike Patrick, "Holy cow!" Something he says about everything.

I like Sean McDonough...let him do it. After all, the man has done the WORLD SERIES before, for heaven's sake. He's at least reasonably impartial, and he actually cares about how the refs are affecting the game.

As it goes, we have to listen to a man who talks about what he's seeing like it's the first time he's ever seen anything. Argh.

she was also wearing what appeared to be the entire contents of an economy-size bottle of tan-in-a-can.

also, note to ann and her budy, sophia young's mother was holding up a st. vincents flag, because that is where she's from. there is no longer a "west indies flag" because the federation no longer exists... in fact, in never really did.

I got a chuckle out of that West Indies flag too. Nice country to visit I hear, West Indies!

Ann Meyers & her kids sat behind us at the UCSB-LSU game in Santa Barbara this winter. She wasn't wearing make up & she was really tan. She lives at least part time in the desert.

But she does look like she has tan in a can on TV.

PostPosted: 04/09/05 1:40 pm    ::: Kim Mulkey-Robertson Reply Reply with quote

Oh, my goodness, if we're discussing fashion and women's basketball, Baylor's head coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson is an absolute knockout in her game face and hair and clothes. Admittedly, her husband, assistant coach and friends pick out Kim's outfits, since as she has said she has no fashion sense, but that's just sensible delegation.

I attended the subregionals in Seattle, never having see KMR in person before. Forget the games, I just sat there and adored her. About 60 seconds into the Baylor/Oregon game, KMR took exception to a ruling and stomped her booted feet so hard that she lifted right up off the floor. What a fireball she is!

There's an audio/photo gallery of her on the Waco Herald-Trib's website (plus a photo of the conquering hero, sans makeup etc, arriving back at Baylor.
