have you noticed how they've changed the presentation of invites? now it's down in the lower left corner and very low-key. everyone i've checked with now has 50 invitations. what do you make of that? you think everyone's still gonna get to keep it for free?

I don't doubt that it'll continue as a free service, every free account means tons of pages for Google to drop ads into, based on keywords in your e-mail messages. 2 gigs of storage seems absurdly large, I'm still trying to come up with ideas on how to use it!

i know! i think i used about 3% of my storage, pre-2gig. but i've become a fallback conduit for people who need to email large attachments. i guess i can now give them their own invitation and send them on their way. in about six months, i've had only about 40-some pieces of spam, all quarantined. that's amazing.
