The Wire has been renewed for a fourth season. The fourth season will begin shooting in late 2005, with debut set for 2006.

The Boondocks is coming to The Cartoon Network this fall. The network has committed to 15 half-hour episodes. Aaron McGruder will executive produce the project, alongside Reggie Hudlin. Regina King will play Huey.


UPN is developing comedy pilot Everybody Hates Chris based on the childhood experiences of Chris Rock. Rock narrates the single-camera show. The show centers on the eldest of three children growing up in the 1980s


Albums...Stevie Wonder will release A Time to Love, on May 3rd.


The Scuttlebutt...Missy and Eva are the new IT couple in hip-hop • There are reports that Halle Berry and Michael Ealy are no longer together.

There are rumors that openly bisexual Chris Stokes is dropping bombs in his tell all book about relationships his with clients past and present that have not been strictly professional. Stokes has decided to go public after his acts signed to J Pac Management before Stokes could legally renew their contracts. Stokes reportedly said in a recent statement: "I am deeply saddened by the decision by many of my artists to move to rival firm. Appearances can be deceptive and Artist's making a living on a lie need to be exposed for who they really are. The book, T(h)ug Life hits book shelves Mar. 28th nationwide.

Way to go, Aaron! Nice to see a humble (yet brilliant) cartoonist make good.
