| No. This is a rumor that was started about a month back. The rumor went that Ciara appeared on Oprah and declared she was a male to female. She has since denied, this, pointing out that she's never been on Oprah.

years ago, people claimed Toni Braxton went on a show and confessed to the same thing. Which was a lie. I doubt Oprah even knows who Ciara is._________________ (¯`v´¯
