Aside from filling in the top seeds and automatic bids, and considerations about potential match-ups and travel, how does the Committee fill the brackets? By RPI or orther criteria? I ask because on the men's side there's some controversy over the new RPI formula. I also seem to recall that in the men's tournament in years past, some of the at-large berths actually got higher seeds than some of the conference champions. Can anyone shed some light?
