Stanford wins a very ugly game, 55-46. C-Wigg had 25, including 19 in the second half.

Cal are going to be scarily good in a season or two.

I didn't think the game was ugly as much as it was an incredible defensive struggle. Both teams closed down the inside, and Stanford responded better than Cal with outside shots. A lot of offensive fouls called, some hard non-calls too. Cal is a tough team, and they'll only get better in the next couple of years, but Stanford showed why they're still the cream of the Pac-10. Candice Wiggins put it away in the late stages.
