Is the ACC considered to best conference in wcbb this season? is there a poll that ranks conferences by strength? thanks

I seem to remember an article on ESPN about how the ACC became the top conference this year but I can't find it.

P.S
:Sniff: yeah that avatar is nice... I was strolling in the stands of MSG an hour plus before a game last season and noticed VJ & Crystal posing like that for a picture. Even though I was way up there at the time I still tried to snap a shot. It's not bad considering how far away they were haha

So far the ACC is the standard by which all conferences are measured. It'll be even more so if an ACC team wins the National Championship this season (go Duke!!!!!!).
