Who is this girl White I saw for Clemson last night? I was pretty impressed; left handed, nice stroke, crashed the boards hard.

Are you talking about Amanda White, who is no longer White...can't recall her married name? Or are you referring to Maxinne (also not sure if that name is correct)?

Maxienne White is the left-hander. Redshirt soph. 20 pts. and 13 rebounds yesterday. Agree that she was impressive. Averaging 10.7 and 7.0--both team leading. She did 14 and 9 against Duke on Jan. 26. I have a hunch that her season average is deceptive, that she didn't get much PT early, but it's just a hunch.

I think dts is referring to Maxienne White, #1 for Clemson. She's a lefty (and a crafty one at that). She's really, really good.

After 20-plus years of listening to baseball announcers, I just assumed that all left-handers were crafty.
