Purdue wins 57-53. Ugly from the get-go. Wisdom-Hylton leads with 14 and Purdue holds yet another opponent under 60 points.

This team is obviously winning with defense and def not offense. Very Happy

Im proud of Illinois. To stay with a top 15 team is good and should help them. I think this team could use games like these as growing experiences.

I know this is all late but anyway that was really one UGLY game! Just happy the ladies came out with the win and keep setting themselves up to win the Big Ten out right.

So after the game I noticed the Boilermakers weren't running directly to the locker but instead into the stands to thank the fans. First the section where the students were sitting and then across to the other side of the stadium where most other Purdue fans were sitting. I think it was a special moment for both the fans and the team.

GO BOILERS!!

From the way it sounded on the radio, there must have been a huge Purdue crowd there.

Yup, there were...one fan said there were two buses from Purdue not to mention other fans, like myself, that drove down. Very Happy
