Notre Dame looks much better than they did Saturday - it's only been one half, though.

If there's a smarter player in the country than Duffy, someone find her. First half: 10 points (3-4 shooting, 1-1 from three), 4 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals and 0 turnovers.

It's great to get a win, and even better b/c DePaul is ranked. Now I wonder if this will become the norm for the Irish or if this is just an exception.

I wouldn't worry too much about Smith yet. I think she's had the problem for most of the season, and even though she missed a lot of shots she normally makes, she still had 10 and 14 - hardly a bad night.

Duffy plays w/that senior sense of urgency. That's what I want to see out of all of this yrs senior class. Thru the good & the bad, come out & lay it on the line every night. Especailly the ones w/pro potential. The pros aren't promised to any of these seniors so they need to play like there's no tomorrow. Cuz for some of them there won't be.

Sorry for the tangent, fun game.

I hate how she says "nifty" every five seconds. Nifty pass, nifty shot, she even said nifty RUN when one of the teams had a big scoring run.
