UCLA wins 77-69. The road is a harsh mistress...

Wow.

Between this result, the Mizzou-Baylor game, and Duke's dismantling Maryland, I'm thinking there's a big thick line between what will be the top four teams in next week's polls (Duke, Tennessee, LSU, UNC) and everybody else.

Not that is cost them the game (that would have been turnovers, and
allowing scorers to go coast to coast), but just as a note:

Jill Noe's absence for most of Sunday's game also hurt ASU. Noe, who started the previous 14 games, ceded her spot in the backcourt to Danielle Orsillo after bruising her left hand against USC.

"It hurts to catch and it hurts to pass with her left hand," Turner Thorne said. "It's very swollen. There wasn't anything broken in her hand that we know of. I'm hopeful that she'll be able to get her strength back in a few days."
