Oof. A tough loss for Creighton. Ducharme did not get fouled on that last play (I thought the two charge calls on Maly before were the right ones, though), but Jensen did have a chance to send it to OT.
Did not see a good 4th quarter coming after the 3rd (didn't catch the first half). I've always liked Ducharme, and she demonstrated why in the 4th quarter.
Hopefully gutting out this win rights the ship.

UConn edges out CRE 62-60 (with a little by the refs and poor clutch foul shooting)
Geno referred to Ducharme as “one tough mother”.

UConn ekes and squeaks out a 2 point win, but Creighton actually played better offense, shot better from outside, and rebounded better.
Caroline Ducharme returns after being out with injury for many games and basically wins the game for UConn by scoring 10 points in the 4th Q. No other bench player plays: Geno-6-Man. |

Tough game to win or lose for either team. Hat's off to Creighton, they played great! Good thing for UConn Miss Ducharme was able to play 20 minutes.

She may have gotten Ducharme on the wrist, or maybe not. The same could be said about the foul on Edwards on the next possession.
Edwards' shooting has gone south since the SCar game.
Ducharme will revitalize the offense.
