ROUND 2 FIGHT!

Round 1 in South Orange was yesterday, rescheduled from January due to DePaul's injury woes dropping them below the required seven scholarship player minimum the Big East sets. Lauren Park-Lane set a new Seton Hall record with 39 points in the Pirates' 89-82 win (and she didn't need OT, either, fuck off, Tab); she also had 9 assists. Sidney Cook had 29 points and 9 rebounds. Aneesah Morrow and Darrione Rogers each had 22 for DePaul, but the shooting numbers are not what you want if you're Doug Bruno.

(also, if you're Doug Bruno, please invest in some better throat lozenges)

Park-Lane is amazing for a player her size! Listed as 5"6" but closer to 5'0".

It was only one year where they tried to insist she was 5-6; her official height has been revised to 5-3, which passes my eye test based on heights I know to be accurate.

I maintain Tony just wants at least one player on the roster every year who has to look up at him.
