Miles quietly three assists from another triple double.

It's nothing, play on.

She was just trying to get her hand out into a passing lane and the bump from the offensive player caused it to flail a little more.

Similar to the Stanford-Tennessee game. It took a while but in the 4th Q the better team finally showed up.

My stupid streaming ESPN Watch login won't work, so I want to say thanks to Ex-Ref and ArtBest23 for giving me some color commentary to get through this game!

I kind of liked VT before this game, but by the end, I hope they lose every game the rest of the year. Between the the cheap shots, blatant flops, and overall shitty attitude, they have lost my respect.

Kitley seems like the only one with class. She's good and just goes about her business.

ND only 1-8 from 3.

Kind of surprised that VT only out rebounded ND by 2 - 41-39.

The VT Twitter account reports:

"Attendance of 4,206 marks the most since 2008! Big S/O to #HokieNation."

With what Kenny Brooks has given them and their ranking and success this year, I would have expected, and the team deserves, more.

Interesting. ESPN just said ND dominated 42-16 on points in the paint. I wouldn't necessarily have expected that big a disparity with VT having Kitley, but I guess with ND failing miserably from the arc, they made it up inside.

Glad to get this one out of the way with a win. ND's conference schedule isn't exactly setup well for them this year. Of the 3 current top 10 teams from the ACC (besides ND), ND has to play all 3 on the road. At UNC on Jan 8 and at NC State Jan 29. Louisville is home and home.

Certainly this is an impressive road win for Notre Dame regardless of anything – but I do wonder if Ashley Owusu would’ve made a big difference in this one. Even pre-injury, she wasn’t fitting into this VT team very smoothly, but maybe her presence & her talent would’ve changed things for both teams. Doesn’t matter now, but maybe the matter will be revisited later on in the season.
