In a really defensive battle, UCLA is up 26-18 versus the Nicole Powell coached Highlanders.

I am really impressed with Powell's team. Very athletic, great ball handlers, and are great as a collective defensively.

UCLA can't buy a shot other than Bessoir. Youth, inexperience and the fact most of these players have not played as a unit is being exposed. The freshmen are definitely talented, but overall, not enough ball movement and are not playing cohesively.
