| Hey ex-ref, how does that work now? I thought it was a automatically a foul if you hit someone in the head with your elbow above your shoulders, intentional or not. Why wasn't that a foul and what is this "just a basketball play" the announcers keep talking about?

That was pretty much my thought too. Let me check into it. See if I can find something that counters that.
I need to find out if the "basketball play" is a real thing or just an announcer phrase for I have "no flipping clue why that play was called that way."

This crowd is wild. How loud is a South Dakota home game?
Before the tournament South Dakota lost to every Power 5 conference team they played:
Oklahoma 73-71
South Carolina 72-41
Northwestern 73-57
Texas A&M 58-44
They also lost to South Dakota State 75-65
