Think the bracket meant to say, for the 7th place and 3rd place games: "Loser of Game 5 vs. Loser of Game 7" and then "Loser of Game 6 vs. Loser of Game 8."

Absolutely. Especially for seniors to play three more games, and for schools who rarely could make it past the first round of the NCAAT even if they could get invited.

St Mary's defeated Cleveland State 80-73 to win the tournament. Taycee Wedin was named tournament MVP.
