Two ducks flopped on the same fake contact. The refs don't bite. Very Happy

Ducks have players with a lot better shooting touch and individual scoring ability than UConn. Specifically, they have a PG who can score and UConn has one who literally cannot.

WHY might Kelly utilize m2m when Huskies' perimeter game is so minimized.

Comin' back, baby. Cool

What a pathetic final 17 minutes of the half, exemplified perfectly by Aaliyah traveling on a breakaway layup. Geno should be disgraced (at himself).

Caroline picked a bad game (half) to miss all her 3s.

Well, can't even dribble. Can't pass. Can't shoot. Pathetic.

I'm so tired of hearing about UConn's injuries. The announcers seem to think no other team has ever had to deal with injured players. Or maybe the other coaches are just better at it.

I didn't see the Arizona game and when I asked about the huge foul dicrepancy someone said it was Arizona's physical play.

ONO took a forearm to the face from her defender on a drive. The call? Travelling. Very Happy

I think there have been 4 block/charge calls in the 1st half. Oregon leads 4-0.

UConn had their hands full with Williams. Without her it's all on Ducharme and early on her teammates missed her wide open for 3's a couple of times. Lots of defensive miscommunications leaving players open.

What's that sound in the distance? Sounds like the bugles of the cavalry, coming to save the day? I fear they won't get here for a while but knowing they are on the way makes the current misery bearable. (that and pot) Very Happy Very Happy

I pity the #2 seed that gets stuck with UConn as their #7 just as the Hussies get their players back

That's about all there is to say right now but I agree it's over done. Just like having to mention Pat Summitt several times during every Tenn game. Very Happy

But when was the last time a team had three HS No 1 recruits all out on injury at the same time.

"Oh no, we've almost run out of #1 recruits" is not going to engender much sympathy from the rest of the WCBB world

What other school had 3 #1 recruits on the same team?

Sounds like a team with a lot of guards out. Bad, yes but not pathetic.

Exactly. How good is Geno when the talent level between teams is similar?

Duke went to a FF with only 8 players on the roster. Not a #1 recruit in sight.

On the bright side the seniors will have nothing to say when Fudd/Bueckers/Ducharme take 40+ shots a game next month. Very Happy

Are you familiar with BOVADA? It's making this game bearable.

Yeah yeah yeah, I've read that for 15+ years. Just for once imagine having three and all of them are guards. Then imagine they are all out. Then watch this game and see what would happen to you. But go ahead. Diminish UConn's injuries. I'm sure you said the same about Oregon while their players were out.
Some posters remind me of the photographers at the climax of King Kong who once they knew their flashbulbs iritated the animal they poured it on in order to get Kong really riled up. All to give them scarier shots. They thought those chrome steel belts and chains would let them tease. Twisted Evil
