Here is Jackie Powell/Bleacher Report's top 25 free agents. I didn't think it deserved a new thread, so I'm posting it here. Powell doesn't explain her/their methodology or criteria, so it's hard to figure out the rankings. Notably, Rebecca Allen is listed as the #11 most important free agent ahead of people like Russell, Cambage, McCoughtry and Hayes. Is it because Powell thinks these other players are highly likely to return to their old team? Or is it because Powell covers the Liberty and has a NY bias?

One other bone to pick. The picture that purports to be Jewell Loyd looks like Jordin Canada. Since camera angles and lighting can play tricks, I checked to see which player wears a left-arm support. That would be Jordin Canada.
