With Iowa playing Duke tonight, guaranteed to lose another one.

Michigan will have its hands full keeping their streak alive.

Took a trip up to Atlanta this afternoon to see Tulsa take on Georgia State. The Golden Hurricane remained undefeated with a 67-55 win. The Panthers doubled Maya Mayberry the whole game, leaving Rebecca Lescay free to drive to the basket. Lescay ended 12/19 with 25 points.

Tulsa's not a national title threat, of course. I wouldn't bet good money on them winning the American or even coming close.

Board is heavy, with Tulsa's home loss to San Francisco, down to 5

Which one of the five undefeateds will go down first? I'm voting for North Carolina. We all know they don't believe in tests at UNC, so they'll be playing the games unless the opponent has to postpone. (PS: this is NOT a remark about UNC students staff being antivaxxers - it's a general putdown about how they cheated on fake classes to keep student athletes eligible to play)

Some of these teams will play three more games before Arizona’s next one. Will everyone be “bubbled” by then?

Colorado @Oregon State, @ Oregon, vs USC
Nebraska @Michigan State, vs Michigan and Iowa
North Carolina vs Syracuse and Clemson, @ NC State
South Carolina @Missouri, vs Ole Miss, @LSU

Thank you for doing the research. If the games are played as scheduled (highly unlikely), I'd like to change my vote to Colorado being first to go down.

Nebraska is off of the list. They lost in E. Lansing to a severely depleted Michigan State.

Arizona just lost their next available game due to Covid at Washington, so they’ll stay undefeated without challenge even longer.
